I'm on your team

I am currently offering telehealth therapy sessions from my private practice in San Diego. These live video sessions are available to anyone in the State of California. This is a great option that is convenient and safe. I use a secure HIPAA compliant website to conduct all therapy sessions. I hope to reopen in-person therapy sessions soon. 

SAFE AND CONVENIENT TELEHEALTH THERAPY

Individual therapy sessions will discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy and your goals. Then, we will collaborate to formulate the changes you want to see happen throughout the time spent together. When working with children and teens, I ask for caregiver support and guidance to continue promoting change.

Developing practices to encourage a state of active, open attention on the present such as mindfulness meditation to teach people to consciously pay attention to their thoughts and feelings without placing any judgments upon them.

Sometimes anxiety and depression are present when trying to manage the highs and lows of parenthood. It is a sensitive time that no one needs to go through alone. A mental health provider can be a helpful, unbiased person who understands and can help an individual or family transition through pregnancy, childbirth and raising a family.

Teenagers often struggle in processing everyday stress while also navigating changes in development, friends, family and life. These first-time experiences are challenging to process and, unfortunately, commonly lead to anxiety and depression and, in some cases, violence. A teenager's emotions can quickly swing between high and low when trying to figure out the best course of action. A mental health provider can be a helpful support and resource during this challenging time.
